United States
In the US, website accessibility is enforced mostly through lawsuits: 3,117 federal ADA website suits in 2025, plus state claims such as the Unruh Act. InclusiveWeb helps you find and fix WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA issues before a demand letter does.
United Kingdom
The Equality Act 2010 requires businesses that serve the public to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people, online as well. InclusiveWeb helps UK organisations find and fix WCAG 2.2 AA barriers.
Canada
Ontario's AODA already requires WCAG 2.0 AA websites from organizations with 50+ employees, and federal ICT rules under the Accessible Canada Act start in 2027–2028. InclusiveWeb helps Canadian organizations audit and fix their sites.
Australia
The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 covers goods and services, websites included. The Australian Human Rights Commission's 2025 guidelines point to WCAG 2.2 AA. InclusiveWeb helps Australian organisations find and fix barriers.
European Union
Since 28 June 2025 the European Accessibility Act requires consumer services such as e-commerce, banking and e-books to be accessible across the EU. InclusiveWeb helps you find and fix the WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA issues behind EN 301 549.
Germany
The Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) has applied since 28 June 2025: consumer services such as online shops, banking and bookings must be accessible. Fines reach €100,000.
Poland
Since 28 June 2025 Poland's act on the accessibility of products and services (the Polish EAA) covers consumer services such as e-commerce and banking. Fines reach 10 times the average monthly wage.
Ukraine
DSTU EN 301 549:2022 is mandatory for government websites and services. InclusiveWeb covers the technical side of the requirements: audit, panel and fixes against WCAG 2.2 AA.
