1. Free trial

Before paying, you can test the Service for free for 7 calendar days: the Accessibility Panel, an Audit of up to 3 pages, and the Autofix Preview mode. No card is required for the trial.

2. Automatic renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically for the next month or year and is charged again until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your dashboard at my.inclusiveweb.net. After cancellation no further charges are made, and access remains until the end of the paid period. Account data is kept for 30 days after cancellation and then deleted.

3. When we refund

A refund is available within 14 days of payment if technical issues with the Service occurred that we were unable to resolve. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Accidental duplicate charges and charges made after cancellation are refunded in full.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address of your account and include the order number or the payment date and amount. We reply within 3 business days.

5. How refunds are made

Refunds are made using the same method as the payment. USD payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io), so these refunds are issued through Creem to the card or other payment method used. UAH payments through monobank are refunded by us to the card used for the payment. Invoice payments are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from. The time it takes for the funds to arrive depends on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Before contacting your bank, please write to us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you paid through Creem and we have not replied to your refund request within 7 days, you can contact Creem support: https://www.creem.io/contact.
