Cabinet of Ministers Resolution 895 of 08.07.2026

Resolution 895 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, adopted 8 July 2026 (registry id 895-2026-п), approves the Procedure for helping consumers with disabilities obtain universal electronic communications services. Clause 9 requires the websites of such providers to conform to DSTU EN 301 549:2022, and clause 7 extends the requirements to mobile applications, support services and customer service centres. It was adopted under Article 100(3) of the Law on Electronic Communications and takes account of Directive (EU) 2018/1972. It enters into force on 15 July 2028; consumer disputes are heard by the national electronic communications regulator.
